Library Staff

Jessie Wheeler is the Exira Public Library Director. She has worked at the library since 2014 as an assistant before became the director in 2017. Jessie is certified in both Public Library Management 1 & 2 making her a Bronze Certified Director.

 

 

Katie Wheeler is the Children's Librarian at the Exira Public Library. She started working at the library in 2010. In addition to children's events and programs, Katie helps with other library programs and does the ordering of the materials for check out at the library.

 

 

Sandy Bauer is a library assistant at the Exira Public Library. Sandy also served as the library director for 23 years before retirement!
